Departure – Neapolis

Morning departure from the port of Neapolis. Crossing the blue-green waters of the Vatiki bay and Elafonisos’ Strait, we will end up at the Kytherian sea, where the Aegean joins the Ionian. Our first stop is the seaside settlement of Agia Pelagia, one of the touristic areas of Kythira with an organized beach, located in the northern part of the island.

Arrival Kythira

We will board on a coach and and start our tour going West to visit the Monastery of Panagia Myrtidiotissa. Passing through a wild and rocky landscape that alternates with green vegetation, we will reach the Monastery to first admire the 25-meter-high imposing bell tower, built with stones from the Kytherian land.
