Special requests can be made during the booking process. Once we have checked the possibility of the request, we will contact you via email to let you know the outcome.

How will I know that my reservation has been confirmed?
Once you have made your reservation either online, or via phone or email, you will receive a reservation number. If you do not receive this number, please contact us via phone: +30 27360 31160 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check the status of your reservation.

All reservation details can be found in the confirmation email that you received when you made the reservation. You can also log on to your booking via our website using your reservation number.

Yes, of course! You may then pay via a bank transfer to the details below, or by cash in person at our office Bank Details

What is included in the price?
All inclusions are listed in the tour description, please carefully read all the information provided. Our ticket price does not include anything that is optional, such as entry to museums, or anything that would require an extra fee, unless otherwise stated.
Do I need to pay a deposit for my seats to be confirmed?
For any reservation to be valid, we must require payment prior to the start of the tour or holiday package. For holiday packages, a deposit of 50€ or 25% of the total cost of the package (whichever is greater) must be paid at the time of booking. The total balance is due 21 days prior to departure. We reserve the right to cancel any booking that has not been paid in full within 7 days prior to departure. For tours and transfers, 100% of the total cost must be paid at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any booking that has not been paid in full within 7 days prior to departure. We recommend that you read our Terms & Conditions prior to travelling
What charges apply for children?
The costs for children are listed in the tour description.
Generally, children up to 6 years of age travel free of charge, while children aged 6-10 years pay a reduced rate.
Will I need to have a confirmation document with me at the start of the trip?
When joining you’re the tour or holiday package, you will need to have the confirmation email that you received when you made the reservation as well as an ID card or your passport.
How can I cancel my reservation?

Please check our terms and conditions before making any changes to your reservation. Non-refundable packages or tours, and other special offers may have different cancellation policies.
Will our tour or holiday package have a guide?
All of our tours and holiday packages are escorted by a knowledgeable and multi-lingual guide, and in the case of our tours on Kythira, the guide is a local resident. The guide knows the destination in terms of its history, customs and traditions, its cultural character, and details about the destination’s monuments and attractions. The guide will be with the group throughout the course of the trip, and will cooperates with the driver regarding the itinerary.
Where are the embarkation points for the coach transfers in Athens and Piraeus?
In Athens the embarkation point is at the corner of Syntagma Square and Ermou Street, while in Piraeus it is at Karaiskaki Square (Gate E7) across from the railway station.
Where are the embarkation points for the guided tours of Kythira?
Our tours on Kythira either begin in the seaside village of Agia Pelagia or from the port of Diakofti, please check the tour itinerary for details. We are happy to collect you from an alternative, pre-determined pickup point and you can either choose this during the online booking process or contact our customer service department by phone: +30 27360 31160 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this.
